Shipping in Singapore
We provide two shipping options for domestic orders - Standard Tracked and Expressed Tracked delivery.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order.
Standard Tracked Delivery (qExpress)
- Price: From $4.00 (calculated by weight at checkout)
- Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Depending on courier volume, you can expect to receive your order in 3-5 working days after placing your order.
Express Tracked Parcel (Lalamove)
- Price: From $15 (calculated by weight at checkout)
- Orders will be shipped out and fulfilled within 1 working day.
International Shipping
We provide two shipping options for international orders - Standard International and Expedited International delivery. Shipping rates will vary across countries.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order.
Standard International Delivery:
- This is the standard delivery option, shipped via Singpost.
- Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Depending on courier volume, you can expect to receive your order in 12-15 working days after placing your order.
Expedited International Parcel
- Expedited shipping via DHL may be selected at an additional cost
- Orders will be shipped out and fulfilled within 3-5 working day.
