Pesado Competition Shower Screen

Pesado has poured extensive effort into designing, testing, and perfecting their baskets and shower screens, all with the goal of meeting three core performance requirements. Built on IMS technology from Italy and fine-tuned to PESADO's high standards, their latest release is the Integrated Membrane Shower Screen, specifically designed for E61, La Marzocco, and Synesso machines.

This innovative shower screen features a built-in membrane with a filtering capacity of 200 μM, ensuring optimal water distribution during extraction. The screen's conical perforations are laser-cut, allowing for a slower, more controlled water flow while preventing residue build-up behind the screen. Additionally, the shower is electro-polished to create a perfectly smooth surface by eliminating surface impurities. Each screen is pressed with 200 tons of pressure, strengthening the body, smoothing the surface, and ensuring long-lasting structural integrity.

Unlike standard showers, which are "pressed" and result in pyramid-shaped holes, Pesado's design uses cone-shaped holes that minimize friction and allow for smooth water flow. The quartz coating further enhances water movement, making cleaning as simple as a quick wipe, while also improving extraction consistency for a better espresso shot every time.
